August Break is a community project created with the no-rules idea of simply capturing a photograph every day during the month of August. It has been the ideal prompt once again this August, my second year to participate!

What are {your} daily practices, Braveheart? I have been experimenting with my daily schedule {noticing when I have peak focus/energy for writing, reading + when to include art breaks and be outside or exercising.
